• Training & Development: Work on a Training calendar basis the Training needs of the Individuals and execute the same in a systematic way. Manage entire competency mapping, TNI, plan, execution, effectiveness analysis.
• Employee engagement activities: To work out a yearly Employee Engagement plan linked to Factory Business Plan with the alignment of all stakeholders and execute the same effectively.
• Good Knowledge of ISO & IATF documentation.
• Compliance management: To support in ensure timely compliance to all the Statutes applicable to Factory.
• Contractual labor management: Recruit, Induct and Build the Talent particularly at workmen level in line with the requirements of Factory operations.
• Employee relation: To ensure that the grievances of the associates are redressed effectively on time by following the grievance redressal guidelines.
• Facility Management: Monitor and manage administration activity i.e. canteen, Transportation, Housekeeping, uniform and other facilities.
• Self-driven.
• Excellent communication & presentation skill.
• Sound judgment and problem-solving skill.
• Familiarity with MS Office i.e. MS word, excel, Power point etc
