Technical Knowledge about Turbo Generator Construction, Opertaion & Maintenance
Trouble shooting of Generators
Customer interaction & site visits
Spares & Service Inquiry handling: Bidding/ Negotiation/ Finalization
Technical support requirement/ Proposals
Enquiry register updation.
Offer follow-up
Negotiations and closure of inquiries
WBS/ Sales order creation
Technical support to Customer, Coordination with other functions DE / PR / PPC / AT

? Rigorous travel. (Average 10 to 15 days/ month)
