Responsible for the entire employee life cycle from hiring to retirement for project-based employees across India.
Interacting with Project Managers, MRO, and Finance for renewing the PO of various projects.
Taking care of the admin, procurement, and other coordinating related activities of the employees.
Taking care of meetings/conferences/events and ensuring necessary arrangements. Preparing the MOM and other records.
Analyse HR metrics and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Preparing skill matrix/competency mapping, training calendars & collecting feedback.
Managing processes like Statutory compliances, PMS, Reward and recognition, Insurance,Training and development, Employee Engagement, Leave & Attendance and Payroll activities.
Maintain knowledge of HR laws and regulations and ensure compliance with all applicable requirements. Successful HR Audits in the organization.
Implementation and maintenance of HRMS (HROne) and other relevant HR technology tools.
Educating the employees & managers about the HR systems & other relevant technology tools.
Ensuring continuous improvement in different HR projects by actively identifying gaps, proposing, and implementing changes and innovative solutions.
Preparing HR Letter Templates as per compliances like offer, appointment, LOI, employment contracts, consultant agreement, confirmation, PIP, salary revision, termination, warning, etc.
Preparing and maintaining employee records/documentation/reports/dashboard/PPT. etc.
Travelling to the Hyderabad office when required.
