Job Description
Handling export operation & Documentation India and Third Country – containers.
• Follow up with shippers, shipping line and Third parties for smooth execution of contract
• Follow up for timely shipment and release of post shipment documents
• Export documentation – BL, COO, Phyto, Health, Radiation etc
• Negotiation of documents under LC
• To handle claims & insurance matters related to the shipments.
• Tracking and Reporting of container movement
• Daily MIS on shipment updates of various contracts, high light potential delays in shipments
or defaults
• Proper filing and maintenance of records.
