Job Description

1. Manage the day-to-day planning, creation, and scheduling of email marketing
campaigns - including, but not limited to, lifecycle campaigns, lead generation/nurturing
campaigns, product marketing, etc.
2. Plan, build, test and send eDMs - via Mailchimp/Marketo/Hubspot/Pardot/mailgun..
3. Coordinate development of creative, messaging, and content for email campaigns
with Design, Comms, and Channel teams.
4. Design and implement A/B Testing on email campaigns.
5. Conduct quality control checks and testing.
6. Set up various automation workflows.
7. Use customer data to drive message and content personalization.
8. Monitor performance of email campaigns and implement strategies for optimization.
9. Stay up to date with evolving email marketing best practices
Knowledge of, or drive to learn the ins and outs Search, Social and Native.
Find new and effective paid marketing channels.
Reporting, analyzing, and providing actionable insights for internal teams.
Track, report, and analyse website analytics and campaigns. Increase Traffic, and Conversions.
Increase the number of Fundraising Campaigns on the Website
Generate Lead Acquisition. ROI Driven Paid Customer Acquisition.
As our in-house email marketing expert you will be critically looking at all the emails we send out and opportunities to optimize the flow. Your success will be to ultimately
increase the conversions from our emails.
Attention to A/B testing details, and their results and ability to prioritize and execute tasks simultaneously.
Creating HTML emails, with the help of Tech. Drawing up email campaign reporting to benchmark and measure success.
Design and develop drip campaigns to enable accelerated cycle and continuous engagement.
Creating and building marketing email campaigns and landing pages that drive ROI (worked on any CRM tool/ email marketing tool)
Ownership attitude is must.

1. 1-2 years of email marketing or digital media experience, agency or in-house. Experience with SaaS/Retail/Travel B2C/B2B, highly regarded
2. Knowledgeable with Email and Engagement Service Providers (eg. MailChimp, Pardot, Marketo, Hubspot,.. any )
3. UI/UX understanding, hands on HTML/CSS experience, and dynamic content
4. Experience with A/B testing
5. Strong copywriting skills - from subject lines that increase the open rates, telling stories in emails to make people read them and compelling call-to-actions.
6. Organised, exceptional attention to detail, and strives for a high degree of precision
7. Good knowledge of MS excel.
