Job Description

Subject matter expert (SME) in Direct category- Market Intelligence and ready to develop sourcing skills.
Identify & share categories best practices all over the world; Identify potential levers (suppliers, categories, indexes, etc)
For selected direct categories, will required ability to select suppliers, sourcing and report savings
Build category specific sourcing plan in alignment with the regions (European, Asian, Middle Eastern and African) and countries
Analyze and set category spend baseline and category profile, incl. risk assessment, P2P strategy etc.
Experienced procurement professional with understanding on Pricing Intelligence like, Tracking, monitoring and analyzing pricing data to understand the market and make educated pricing changes at speed and scale.
Subject matter expert (SME) in Supplier Intelligence like ,purposeful, coordinated and ethical monitoring of strategic suppliers, within a specific marketplace.
Excellent knowledge on Sourcing Intelligence like, Ability to acquire and apply knowledge from procurement data in order to create business value using data analytical techniques
Direct ownership of key and critical procurement analytics operations, including regular preparation of various reports and dashboards spanning across spend, risk, regions and overall procurement processes.
Consolidate market indexes and generate graphs and reports that shall be distributed all over the regions
Who could support in price benchmarking/evaluation across categories and across regions (Europe, Asia & Americas)
Person should be from consulting background
Lead supplier selection and fact-based negotiations
Participate and represent category in GPE transformation projects, like sourcing activities with global teams
Attending regional and Global Category collaboration meetings
Understanding and driving stakeholder relationship management process
