• Plan, execute, and manage all digital marketing including social media, SEO/SEM & WhatsApp marketing
• Establish and execute a digital marketing strategy to distribute content
• Work with an external agency, and other stakeholders to maintain Brand(s) digital presence
• Maintain consistent brand messaging across all social channels
• Identify, analyze, and measure trends and content to assess how well it’s performing and optimize user experience
• Create and maintain a calendar to deliver targeted content
Responsibilities
• Digital Touchpoints ownership:
• Manage and execute campaigns across various digital channels, including email, social media, search engines, and display advertising.
• Create world-class consumer experience for the brand across all digital touchpoints - website, social media, whatsapp, apps, OTT etc.
• Actively manage SEM/ SEO scores and make interventions where required.
• Conceptualize and own any new digital touchpoints that fit into brand plans.
• Advocacy & Influencers:
• Develop and execute an annual influencer strategy for the brand in line with marketing priorities.
• Closely monitor all advocacy plans including choice (selection criteria) of content creators, formats, performance, intensity etc.
• Community building and management – Create, nurture and grow the community of brand advocates on social media.
• Performance Measurement:
• Research, track, and analyze consumer behaviors and trends and implement research into digital marketing campaigns
• Prepare reports and analytics on the overall performance of various marketing campaigns, and assess against goals, including ROIs and KPIs
• Develop and monitor campaign budgets
• Organizational Alignment:
• Stay up to date on the latest digital/ social media trends, and implement them in marketing campaigns.
• Develop digital marketing strategies that align with the organization's business goals
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies and marketing techniques.
• Conduct market research and analyse trends to identify new opportunities and improve campaign performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and web development, to produce engaging content and optimize user experience
• Digital transformation:
• Work closely with field teams and channel partners to drive brand digitalization at scale.
• Be the voice of change – educate, coach and mentor field teams and sales partners to embrace digital marketing.
• ~ 5 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, or a related field • Master's degree in marketing, communications, or related field is preffered • Experience with SEO and SEM strategy and keyword research • Understanding of website analytics tools, such as Google Analytics • Understanding of Meta Campaign Management Platform • Analytical mind, with a passion for measuring data • FMCG experience is preferred • In-depth understanding of the India media and digital market (ie, media cost dynamics, landscape, media usage trends, etc.) • Digital Expertise: conversant with all forms of digital formats and measurement • Internal Interactions: Marketing, E-commerce, Controlling etc. • External interaction with media, digital and influencer agencies and other technology partners & vendors.
