• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills • Familiar with CRM / SAP systems and practices, with knowledge of LC business would be a plus. • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of situations. • Proven Customer Support experience or similar CS role from F&B industry. • Requires graduate degree or equivalent and at least 2-3 years of experience in the field or in a related area. • Rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
