? Maintain customer information, including the products and processes related to customer (account ) along with general admin duties.
? Managing and processing all assigned customer purchase orders in a timely and accurate manner, along with order entry/refunds / exchanges / cancellation/ outstanding etc.
? Thoroughly check the customers’ orders received vis-à-vis details shared by the account manager. Orders to be immediately entered into SAP and OC/ PI to be shared accordingly.
? Stay up-to-date and follow processes including SAP for orders processing.
? Effectively executing supply chain activities from factory to customers delivery point ; including coordinating transportation arrangements as applicable.
? Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
? Liaise with global customer service team and handle the internal/external documentation requests
? Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to execute all the functions in a compliant manner
? Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support- Quick response to customer queries is the key for this role
? Liaise with the respective account lead to provide timely information related to the product/s.
? Monthly Sales records to be maintained and reported with the stock information.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Familiar with CRM / SAP systems and practices, with knowledge of LC business would be a
plus.
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of situations.
• Proven Customer Support experience or similar CS role from F&B industry.
• Requires graduate degree or equivalent and at least 2-3 years of experience in the field or in
a related area.
• Rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
