• Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients
• Plan the marketing campaigns to generate leads
• Responsible for all form of Lead generation activity –
o Web research to identify target companies and contacts
o Identify synergies to develop propositions fitting with company capabilities offerings
o Connect with identified contacts to setup meetings
• Keep the database and sales funnel updated all the time and present to concerned Managers
• Ensure the consistent and updated marketing collateral including Website, LinkedIn, Marketing Presentation and/or any other social platform
• Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities
• Understand industry trends and, current and upcoming competition
• Work closely with technical team to leverage TOFU and MOFU approach
• Work closely with technical team to offer solutioning to the prospects and/or qualified leads
• Participate in sales calls
• Ensure AS9100D compliance
• Minimum 5 years of marketing experience specifically for mechanical engineering services to EU and US market • Qualification – Graduate/ Post-Graduate (Mechanical/ Aeronautical/Automobile/ Industrial) • Brief knowledge of product development and manufacturing processes • Familiarity with CRM tools (eg. Salesforce) would be a plus
