Job Description

We are looking for a competitive profile with extensive experience in Pharmaceutical or Healthcare organization having deep knowledge on Business Analytics, using statistical methods on big data management to develop business insight for organizational business development needs.

Scope:

Complete responsibility of Business Analytics and data management across the organisation.

A. Strategic approach towards Budgeting, Goal setting, Gap analysis through business analytics by using statistical methods.
B. Strong Data Analytics through predictive and perspective analysis, design, support documentations and visualization skills through Big Data & presentation of data and using statistical methods to derive insights in a logical, influential manner to initiate data driven business decisions.
C. Monitor and maintain our dashboards, data sources, and data collection systems and report preparation.
D. Collaborate with various stakeholders to collect the relevant data.
E. Understanding ecosystems of data mining, data churning, and analysing short & long-term trends analysis.
F. Preparing report relevant for Cash flows, ROI, Debtors, Creditors, and financial inventories.
G. Preparing periodic business reports, monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and annually using latest tools i.e., Power BI, Google spread sheets, Advanced Excel, Power Point, Pivot, models to support data-driven decision-making and presentable to internal & external stakeholders with fact-based reporting and analysis to achieve business outcomes.
H. Draw on modelling, quantitative, and strategic analysis skills to investigate business problems including issues related to sales productivity to understand key business strategies and initiatives.
I. Structure and guide analytical projects, working cross functionally across the company to support market planning, new versus renewal measurement refinement, productivity analyses, and account classification methodology.
J. Compile, analyse, and interpret business data across all business functions.
