Job Description

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Business Development

Demonstrate strong business development activities through networking, industry seminars, etc. Leverage existing and new relationships with developers and corporates particularly focusing on sourcing & origination of quality land supply.

Develop and execute land acquisition strategies and expansion plans with respect to Outright, Redevelopment, Joint Ventures, Investment Acquisitions, Portfolio Exit Advisory, Debt Syndication across different geographies cities.


Independently manage relationships with key clients and accounts. Ensure optimum client service delivery & engagement. Ability to lead a team of professionals to deliver bespoke solutions to these clients.

Oversee preparation of marketing materials such as presentations, proposals, etc.

Responsible for meeting and or exceeding individual and team revenue targets

Transaction Management

Consultancy & advisory to effectively conclude major land transactions (identification & acquisition). Involvement in preparation of information memorandums, financial analysis, market intelligence, inputs from solicitors, legal consultants & Government bodies.

Responsible for the entire process of land acquisition including financial valuation, best use analysis, target identification, deal structuring (Joint Development, JV, Outright, Redevelopment), negotiation, legal and commercial due diligence.
Responsible for Title Search, Registration formalities including coordination with Revenue department Government Municipal agencies for necessary approvals required for acquisition of Land

Responsible for optimum client service delivery and engagement calls, meetings, site visits, presentations, follow up, accurate & timely submission of company proposals to prospective clientele and overall governance during the execution phase.

Leadership Team management

Building, shaping and communicating the Firm's values and culture demonstrating integrity, personal responsibility, initiative and the ability to energies, motivate & influence the team .

Internal Promote open, constructive and collaborative relations with superiors, subordinates, peers and generating a one firm culture.

Identifying and grooming talent, mentoring & providing constructive feedback.
Responsible for developing and training subordinates.

External Build trust and provide superior client service by understanding clients, anticipating their needs, delivering the value they expect and support their long term success.

Ability to think broadly, create a shared vision, thought leadership .Form sound strategies, anticipating the future challenges of the firm, and clients to respond & influence .

Desired Candidate Profile

Post Graduate with a minimum 7 10 years of experience
Excellent Communication & inter personal skills. Strong analytical, proven negotiation &
financial skills with the ability to adapt to change
Self starter, Confident, Collaborative with pronounced decision making & problem solving skills
along with ability to multi task.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power point)
Prior experience in Land transactions with complete understanding of real estate transaction
practices including knowledge of relevant legal jurisdiction
Ability to think strategically, develop real estate solutions & deliver under challenging scenarios
