Achievement of Sales targets
• To make Annual Distributor wise Sale Plan.
• Plan party wise target & sales for the month. Review order book / urgent requirements of customers on daily basis to make required action plan.
• Plan monthly market activities with distributors.
• Conducting promotional activities for enquiry generation
• Attending to the enquiry and converting them in to sales.
Channel Management
• Periodic review of channel network and the capabilities and coverage
• Appointment of new distributors in the areas where there is no representation
• Resolve issues with network partners.
Sales Promotional Activities
• Area / Distributor wise Annual planning of promotional activities and implementation.
• Standardization of activities, periodical review and corrective action in line with planned annual promotional budget.
Resolution of customer complaints.
• Effective coordination with Customers - Distributors - team members on complaints from market
• Reviewing with QA on the pending complaints and action plan.
Ensuring collection budgets are met
• Timely collection as per approved credit policy / limit to ensure healthy working capital.
• Daily monitoring and systematic follow up as per planned collection plan to ensure Zero OD.
