Job Description

Accountability:
Responsible for HR activities for recruitment, learning and development, employee engagement initiatives, digitalization of HR and restructuring of HR policies and system across organization.
Scope:
Restructuring of HR policies & procedures, Talent acquisition for HO, learning and development and further partnered with HR Head for Talent Management.
KEY RESULT AREAS:

1) Planning and preparing HR policies, procedures, and system for effective implementation.
2) Efficiently managing the entire recruitment process end to end independently, attracting the right talent for the organization, and ensuring timely closure vacancy and maintaining SLAs.
3) Effectively managing the HRMS and digital HR process across corporate and field organization, including training, handling query and coordination with stakeholders to improvise the process.
4) Ensuring the induction and orientation programs and smooth onboarding process for new joiners.
5) Coordinating and collaborating with hiring managers, HODs for talent needs for faster closure of the vacancies at corporate and field.
6) Defining and creating JDs and role cards for respective positions.
7) Identification of training needs and developing HR training programs for skill development.
8) Assisting in the periodic employee performance management process.
9) Oversee, refine, improve, and execute employee standards and procedures, using and improving HR existing and recommended systems and processes
10) Build strong relationships with internal and external interface, fostering trust and promoting collaboration
11) Fostering the culture of rewards and recognition and responsible for designing & execution of the employee engagement calendar.
12) Addressing people issues and grievances.
13) HR Analytics and custodian of exit interviews and building trends.
