1. Bank Reconciliation of all the regions & Bank Reconciliation Statement for all the companies
2. Passing all expense entries and preparing TDS chart
3. Checking the reimbursement voucher and passing the expense entry of Branch in Tally
4. Preparing the RTGS form, Excel format and sending the same to the Bank for reimbursement of expenses
5. Preparing DD letter , transfer letter and passing the entries in tally
6. Vendor Management ( Vendor reconciliation , Payments , Advance Settlements, etc.,
7. Tally ERP 9 – Passing Sale entry, Receipts, & Adjustment entry and expense entries
8. Admin Knowledge and Ready to do some Admin Activity.
9. MS Office experience required including excellent Excel knowledge
10. Assist with preparation and coordination of the audit process
11. Assist with implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures
12. Experience in Handling Accounts Payables
13. Interact with internal and external clients relating to accounts and finance matters of out-standing, credit/debit notes, deductions, etc.
14. Knowledge of tds provisions etc.
1. Sufficient Exposure to Tally ERP or any other Accounting software
2. Thorough knowledge of Ms – Office
3. Should have good knowledge in book keeping
4. Excellent excel skills
5. Understands importance of adhering to timelines for KRA’s
6. Good oral & written Communication skills.
