? To generate sales of all products on a regional basis based on customer needs, by planning market segmentation & developing sales strategies for customer & channel groups.
? To Develop a business plan for Domestic Market for our Synthetic & Natural Range products (Identify & prioritize business opportunities in line with objective of business)
? Redressal of Complaints (Ensure customer satisfaction, solve problems, respond quick & accurately, go the extra mile for customer)
? Dealer/ Distributor Management (Identify & appoint dealers & distributors in new markets, constant updating of database
? Review of Sales targets against Achievements, planning for Shortfalls if any, plan for recovery of the said business and identifying New Opportunities in the Market for increase Market Share.
Technical Capabilities required:

? Should have Proficiency at developing B2B, Distribution network & channel management and Institutional segment.
