Job Description

Assist to overall corporate finance functions and provide strategic advice for taking key decisions regarding Finance, Planning, Business Strategy, Cash flow, and Fund Raising.

Provide strategic recommendations to HOD.
Provide insights to take key business decisions, backed by financial analytics.
The Company requires a seasoned professional with experience in dealing nationalized banks at senior levels, consortium banking, ECB, greenfield / brownfield projects and manage large size of debt, working capital management and ability to manage cashflows as well as drive commercial discussions.

This is an extremely vital role that would be responsible for tracking and analysing financial information to ensure that the organization takes decisions that are aligned to its vision.

Key Areas of Responsibilities.
Financial Reporting:
Guide and drive the finance team with respect to budgeting, financial analysis and management reporting. The candidate will be required to work closely with the business heads with respect to various operating financials, cost calculations, budgets and inputs from a commercial point of view.


Funds Management: To have an oversight on the cashflows of the business, keep a close watch on the receivables, and plan well to ensure business operations run smoothly.

Fund Raising: To work closely with the CFO and the core team to raise debt and equity funds. Lead the Investor Relations function, along with the CFO.

Team Building: Be a team player and to continuously work towards developing skills of all the team members with a view to increasing productivity on a continuous basis.
Implement, Manage and Maintain Financial Controls organization wide.
Timely and accurate periodical Management Reporting and analysis.

Education

  • PG Qualification: Chartered Accountant (C.A.)

Desired Candidate Profile

A qualified CA/CMA/CS with around 10-15 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounting with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Strong Commercial acumen
Strategic capability in planning and execution
Ability to take responsibility and ownership
