Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager with extensive experience in IT and Telecom sales. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of leased lines, SIP Trunks, MPLS, Internet services, Cloud solutions, and Unified Communications. This role requires a strong ability to develop new business opportunities, manage key accounts, and drive revenue growth in the telecom and IT services sector.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales & Business Development:
• Identify and acquire new business opportunities in IT and telecom services.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients and partners.
• Product & Solution Selling:
• Promote and sell leased lines, SIP trunks, MPLS, cloud services, and other telecom solutions.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations tailored to client needs.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Account & Relationship Management:
• Manage and grow key accounts by ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Develop long-term relationships with decision-makers and influencers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Negotiation & Closing Deals:
• Prepare proposals, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations.
• Work closely with technical teams to deliver customized solutions.
• Ensure timely closure of deals and follow up on customer commitments.
• Market Analysis & Strategy Development:
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
• Develop go-to-market strategies for telecom solutions.
• Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports.
Key Requirements:
• Experience:
• Proven [X] years of experience in IT & Telecom sales, preferably in enterprise solutions.
• Strong knowledge of leased lines, SIP Trunking, MPLS, VPN, SD-WAN, VoIP, and cloud telephony.
• Experience in B2B and enterprise sales is highly desirable.
• Skills & Competencies:
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into business benefits.
• Strong sales acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Customer-focused approach with problem-solving skills.
• Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• MBA (preferred but not mandatory).
