Responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to promote and sell our medical equipment products.
1. Developing and implementing sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in the government & private sector hospitals.
2. Identifying and prospecting hospitals, healthcare agencies, and institutions as potential clients.
3. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in hospitals.
4. Understanding and addressing the unique needs and requirements of clients, including compliance with procurement processes and regulations.
5. Collaborating with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer support to meet client expectations and deliver exceptional service.
6. Conducting product demonstrations, presentations, and negotiations with clients to secure sales contracts.
7. Providing regular updates on sales activities, market trends, and competitor activities to management.
8. Dealer Management- Appointment of new distributors and manage existing distributors.
9. Identify key stake holders of the project eg. CEO / COO/CFO ,Head of departments of Surgery, Hospital project head , Bio-Medical Engineering Head , Purchase Head.
10. Prepare tender bids , participate in tender technical & commercial meetings and track progress till award of tender.
11. Create a funnel of new hospitals projects in Pvt. and Govt. Sector having plans of building new critical care wing(s) as well as Hospitals with ICU renovation and expansion plans.
12. Timely reporting as per organization requirements.
13. Comply with all company policies, instructions, and directives for the fulfilment of company objectives.
1. Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in medical equipment sales, with a proven track record of success in government & private hospital sales 2. Post graduation, Bachelor's degree in science or engineering, 3. Strong understanding of government procurement processes, regulations, and contract management. 4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with hospital officials and healthcare professionals. 5. Good command over English, Hindi and the regional language is required. 6. Should possess good communication and strong interpersonal skills 7. Rational and logical approach to solving problems and providing solutions 8. Sincere to learn and keen to grow with the organization for a long-term relationship 9. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet sales targets in a competitive market environment. 10. Exposure to GEM Portal desirable 11. Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, presentations, and industry events.
