Job Summary: We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Medical Sales Representatives to join our team and promote our cutting-edge medical products and solutions. The ideal candidates will have a passion for healthcare, strong sales skills, and an understanding of the Turkish medical landscape. You will be responsible for developing relationships with healthcare professionals, increasing product adoption, and driving sales within your assigned region.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Promotion:
Promote and sell our medical products (pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or equipment) to healthcare professionals, clinics, hospitals, and other medical institutions across Turkey.
Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into customers by understanding their specific needs.
Conduct product demonstrations and educate healthcare professionals on product benefits, usage, and features.
Achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors, pharmacists, nurses, hospital administrators, and other decision-makers in the healthcare sector.
Provide exceptional after-sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term loyalty.
Participate in local medical conferences, exhibitions, and training seminars to stay updated on industry trends and build brand awareness.
Market Insights & Analysis:
Monitor and report on competitor products, trends, and activities within the Turkish healthcare market.
Gather and analyze customer feedback to refine sales strategies and enhance customer service.
Reporting & Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups using CRM tools.
Provide detailed reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer insights to senior management.
Compliance:
Adhere to all local healthcare regulations and ethical guidelines in Turkey, including Turkish Medicines and Medical Devices Agency (T?TCK) standards.
Ensure all promotional materials and sales strategies comply with relevant laws.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Business, or a related field.
Experience: Previous experience (2+ years) in medical sales, pharmaceutical sales, or healthcare industry roles in Turkey is highly preferred.
Language: Fluency in Turkish (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is an advantage.
Sales & Negotiation Skills: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Customer-Focused: Excellent relationship-building skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex medical information in an easy-to-understand manner.
Drive & Motivation: Highly motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
Technology: Familiarity with CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other digital tools for reporting and tracking sales performance.
Preferred Qualifications:
Connections in Healthcare: Established relationships with healthcare professionals in Turkey is an added advantage.
Product Knowledge: Prior experience with selling medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or medical equipment.
Geographic Knowledge: Familiarity with the Turkish healthcare market and regional specifics.
