Job Description

Voice of the customer, and take responsibility for customer requirements, escalations, problem resolution, etc.
Research and design work for new and existing customers. Design and development of Antennas for in vehicle Radio communications, GPS, GSM, Navigation etc., for automotive applications (either in-house or with the help of Partner(s)).
Troubleshooting of network environments in vehicle including installation of Antenna, location specification, data cabling, etc.,
Serve as primary POC for all OEM issues related to the product by fulfilling internal processes.
Conduct diagnostics to investigate and diagnose hardware and software problems in collaboration with other engineers.
Work with engineering to redesign or replace defective components, and provide technical assistance to both in-house R&D and customer.
Research on emerging trends and technologies on Antenna’s and propose the same to customer.
Responsible for understanding and complying with all policies, procedures, and regulations relating to job duties.
Perform other duties as assigned.
