Job Description
• In lining utilization of RM and Grinding.
• Yield reconciliation (RM reconciliation for the produced parts)
• Sound knowledge in assembly and Inj Moudling process and mould setting
• Executing the cell works in shifts with optimum man power without affecting the efficiency and productivity
• In lining concepts to be adhere and to meet the inlining for the all the machine ie utilization of RM/Inline grinding
• Machines in respective cell to be run with 100% robotic, Zero manual operation
• 5S concept, always to maintain and sustain spik and span shop floor, meeting above 95% score (5S audit score)
• Grinding consumption to be 100% INLINE and no grinding accumulation near the machine nor near the loading area
• Zero NC in external and internal quality audit (systems to be in place)
• Mould change time should be minimum and loading plan to be adhere as per schedule
• Aware about the daily machine plan to complete the delivery schedule

Desired Candidate Profile
Should have experience in plastic injection moulding and needs to Handle the shift independently.
Automotive injection moulding experience is preferred.
