2. Handle payroll process individually with no supervision.
3. Minimum 5+ Years previous work experience in similar role in SAP Payroll Processing.
4. Payroll processing & data creation for an headcount 1500+.
5. Reconciliation & Process payroll accrual accounts to ensure accurate GL coding and payments
6. Should to updated with Statutory Compliance and SAP changes.
7. Manage and process new hires, promotions, terminations.
8. Reconcile payroll and validate reports.
9. Maintains employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential
10. Accountable for data changes and audits with data on payroll and reports.
11. Maintain effective communication with Units HRs & HR Leaders for Data Management.
12. Maintaining Data with proper MIS.
13. Should take ownership of the process.
14. Good Communication skills (Written & Oral)
15. Quick and Keen in Learning
