Key-skills: Hardware Design, Electric Vehicle, DC-DC, AC-DC, EV component design, Power electronics, IGBT, MOSFET, On-board chargers, Electric Motor, ECUs Product Experience & Technical Expertise: • Technical Specification Document preparation w.r.to customer System Requirement Document/Statement of Requirements. • Hardware circuit understanding and deep knowledge of Inverter and power supply circuits. • Analog and Digital design expertise. • Selection of the right ICs/ devices as per application requirement, performance/ cost/ weight/ durability optimization. • Ability to do complete design including mathematical modeling for worst-case scenario calculation • Experience in EV - Embedded Products - Hardware-software design, development, and testing • Make the Stress Analysis, and MTBF reports for the designed products based on the real-world use case 8. Magnetics design knowledge or experience • AC-DC & DC-DC Topology selection knowledge & experience Role & responsibility: • Product Development – Technical Lead for Electric Vehicle Domain • Drive the execution phases of all stages from System Requirements to Product launch for EV Products • First Time Right Design, Time to Market, Reduced Customer Turnaround time • Proactive Planning on the way forward executions • Identifying the Key challenges, Risks before Start of the Project • Risk Mitigation plan(s) for all the identified Key challenges and Risk. • Establish strong people connections and drive the Cross Function Team deliverables in convincing and influencing with technical justification on their tasks • Design Documentation • Technical enthusiasm to incorporate new technologies to e-Mobility domain • RFQ/RFI support for EV Business enquires.
