Responsibilities:

Event Planning and Execution:
Lead the planning and execution of diverse events, including summer camp packages, NERF war tournaments, and more, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for children aged 3-12 years.

Marketing Strategy Development:
Develop comprehensive marketing strategies to promote events and drive footfall, utilizing a mix of online and offline channels.

Partnership Development:
Identify and cultivate partnerships with local businesses, schools, community organizations, and corporate entities to enhance continuous business growth.
Create and negotiate collaborative promotions, sponsorship agreements, and mutually beneficial packages to strengthen ties with partners.
Regularly assess and refine partnership strategies for maximum impact and sustained growth.

Online Advertising and Social Media Management:
Oversee the implementation of online advertising campaigns using the website, social media, email marketing, Google Ads, and collaborations with local influencers to target specific demographics.
Execute cross-promotional strategies with partners on various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter), maximizing online visibility.

Offline Advertising and Community Engagement:
Coordinate offline advertising efforts, including placements in local newspapers, parenting magazines, community bulletin boards, direct mail, and participation in local events.
Explore collaborations with parenting blogs, forums, and influencers to further enhance the business's online presence.

Customer Relations:
Proactively liaise with customers and partners to ensure satisfaction, promptly addressing any concerns, and fostering positive relationships.
