B) Factory performance:
a. Cut to pack MMR target - one time
b. Line balancing in salaried units - daily
c. Operator's skill, skill enhancement, multi skilling in salaried units - daily & weekly
d. Process flow chart - every style
e. Line layout - every style
f. Work study - as per requirement
g. Efficiency, incentive and downtime reports - daily & weekly
h.Cost per SAM dashboard -weekly (Only Ranchi unit)
i. SAM produced report - weekly & monthly
j . Cut to pack Manpower requirement calculation - monthly
k. OB validation - every style
I. Method improvement - as per requirement
C) Capex:
a. Machine purchase for production requirement - as per loading plan
b. Machine purchase for automation/method improvement purpose
c. Payback or ROI calculations
D) Machine maintenance:
a. Machine requirement calculations (Company stock &
rental) - as per loading plan
b.AMC & purchase of atta.chments, spare parts, consumables, accessories, work aids required for production machineries
c. Rent machine invoice approval - monthly
E) Special projects:
a. Layout of complete factory set-up - as per requirement
b.Budgeting for new projects (All items) - as per requirement
c. Manpower requirement - as per requirement
