Job Summary:
Acelot Innovation Private Limited (AIPL) is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Manager – Corporate Sales to drive B2B sales of Corporate Training and AI-powered Learning Management Systems (LMS). This role is ideal for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset who thrives in a startup environment and seeks career growth into a leadership position with potential ESOP benefits after one year.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
80% Hunting: Identify and acquire new business opportunities, targeting HR Heads, L&D Heads, CXOs, Business Heads, and SME owners.
20% Farming: Manage and nurture existing accounts to drive additional business growth.
Lead end-to-end sales cycles, from prospecting to closure.
Drive lead generation and pipeline management to achieve sales targets.
LMS Product Expertise:
Conduct compelling product demonstrations showcasing Acelot’s LMS to potential clients.
Clearly communicate the ROI and measurable impact of corporate training and LMS solutions as profit-enhancing tools.
Consultative Selling:
Build and maintain CXO-level relationships by demonstrating value in workforce productivity, skill development, and business outcomes.
Develop customized proposals focused on long-term client solutions.
Target Achievement:
Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Work closely with management to develop strategic sales initiatives.
Entrepreneurial Drive:
Operate with a startup mindset, taking ownership of targets, growth initiatives, and client satisfaction.
Aspire to grow into a leadership role with increased responsibilities and rewards.
Key Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Business, or a related field. AI expertise is a plus.
Experience: 3–5 years in B2B SaaS sales, preferably with experience in selling LMS solutions.
Proven track record of meeting sales targets in corporate training or e-learning domains.
Strong relationship-building skills with senior management (CXOs, HR Heads, etc.).
Excellent consultative selling, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with flexibility for client visits.
Team player who thrives in a dynamic startup culture.
Female candidates are preferred for this role.
Compensation & Benefits:
CTC: ?12 LPA (?6 L fixed + ?6 L variable).
