Site Management:
? Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and production targets
? Lead a team responsible for installation, commissioning, and maintenance activities
? Address plant problems promptly and guide the team in troubleshooting and corrective actions

Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE):
? Ensure compliance with HSE policies and procedures
? Safely manage plant upsets and emergencies, taking quick and effective actions
? Conduct regular safety audits and implement corrective measures

Maintenance Management:
? Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities
? Collaborate with maintenance teams to optimize equipment reliability
? Ensure timely execution of maintenance schedules

Leadership and Communication:
? Demonstrate strong leadership skills, motivating and guiding the team
? Foster effective communication within the team and across departments
? Encourage a culture of continuous improvement

Statutory Compliance:
? Stay informed about DGMS (Directorate General of Mines Safety) norms
? Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and certifications

Training and Competency Development:
? Identify training needs for the team reporting to the IM
? Provide training to enhance technical competency and skills
