1. Leading policy discussion, guiding stakeholders and tracking policy developments across a wide spectrum on design interventions.
2. Work closely with the Government departments/ Ministries to identify opportunities for projects beneficial for industry stakeholders
3. Generate inquiries / leads for engaging the industry for Design projects and services (training program, awards and publications), convert into assignments & deliver the same through own knowledge & in-house and networked experts.
4. Work closely with International Design Councils and bodies for promotion of Indian design in the external world. Explore potential projects and strategic high-level dialogues between key stakeholders from different countries
5. Prepare subject specific reports, recommendations, white papers in consultation with external stakeholders, members and internal team
6. Work closely with the CII National Committee on Design members for receiving inputs on various design initiatives and manage the sub-group/ steering committees
7. Work on business development aspects of design related initiatives such as program, awards, events within Design vertical
(i) Master degree in Design/ Design Management from a reputed Institute in India
(ii) Managing client relationship and communications
(iii) Self-driven, independent and motivated.
(iv) Strong communication, organization and interpersonal skills
(v) Excellent written and spoken English
(vi) Good computer skills, including confident use of Microsoft Office applications.
