• Serving as a financial advisor to the Group CFO and executive team for strategic planning purposes
• Overseeing all sides of Business Finance, Budgeting, MIS reporting, Variance reporting, driving cost initiatives, accounting operations, and Entire ROR.
• Developing appropriate tracking methods for revenue and expenses
• Area Covered : Pan India • All India Accounts and Finance, Credit Control as per the directives of Group CFO • To ensure the smooth process and procedure of accounts & finance. • Team development consisting of 4-5 Managers, 5 -8 Front Line Executives.
