Job Summary:
Xhado Broadcasting Pvt. Ltd. is seeking dynamic and driven City Managers to lead our sales and marketing efforts across the Grama Panchayats of Poonjar Constituency. The City Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets, recruiting and managing a team of Xhado officers, and maintaining excellent relationships with stakeholders and distributors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets for the assigned area.
- Recruit, lead, and motivate a team of Xhado officers for commission-based work.
- Maintain positive relationships with stakeholders and distributors to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market analysis to understand customer needs and identify market trends.
- Drive sales initiatives and ensure targets are met.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Education: Minimum 12th pass.
- Experience: At least 3 months of sales or marketing experience.
- Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome to apply.
Compensation:
- Best in industry + sales commissions.
- will be enclosed after interview at Head Office.
