Handling Business of HR Advisory, Consulting, Training, Recruitment , Compliance, Payroll & other HR Services. (prior work experience from HR Advisory Consulting & Training will be highly Preferred)
Develop GTM Strategies and Lead the entire Business function of Sales, Marketing, HR Operating Advisory and consulting.
Selling Services & Solutions in online & offline model (B2B & B2C)
Play important role in strategic Partnership/ Alliance / Tie-ups with Market leaders and key suppliers of the industry houses.
Handle inbound and outbound leads and convert them into customers Organize meetings and make impactful pitch/presentation.
Lead conversations with for project acquisition its scoping and understanding and implementation.
Develop and manage Team for Sales Marketing & HR Projects, Advisory & Consulting.
