A. Develop, own and maintain an overall IT architecture roadmap for the Country; this should be coherent with the Business strategy in terms of capabilities and costs
B. Successful implementation of projects that include the acquisition, management, and use of information technology (IT) resources, capital planning and investment analyses, the IT operating plan and budget.
C. Ensure optimum resource allocation and utilization and financial effectiveness for the conduct of the IT activities leading to on-time and at cost delivery of IT projects on a consistent basis
D. Achieve SLA of day-to-day support to key stakeholders (e.g., doctors, medical staff, business teams etc.)
E. Achieve adoption of IT governance, policies and practices.
The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of success in the technology/digital space, strong leadership abilities, and excellent collaboration and influencing skills.
