Sharing the performance of the assigned region with the international marketing team. Discussing key achievements and shortfalls and way forward for the next month.
Calculation of conversion margins, continuously gauging market penetration; Monitoring the actual value addition by value added products and new addition of customers.
Development and maintenance of relationship with existing/key customers and channel partners.
Keeping the existing/key customers and channel partners updated on the status of various orders from time to time; and also answering their queries regarding the same.
Ensuring delivery of the product as per specifications and committed delivery period by working along with the production and logistics teams; planning and implementing review of the order prioritization system.
Maintaining and updating Order Tracker Sheets and sharing the same with the key customers and channel partners on a regular basis.
Understanding and raising customer complaints and ensure timely response on
them for their resolution. Assisting regional manager for tracking of receivables and ensuring collections on time.
Assisting sales and marketing activities in the assigned region/country.
Establishing and ensuring strong relationships with the customers in the
assigned regions. Keeping abreast with political/financial situation of various regions/countries
where we are doing business. Developing & implementation of systems
& processes for tracking of receivables by ensuring collections on time.
Assisting in evaluation of channel partners / distributors in new markets.
Assisting to develop business with untapped customers in existing and new
regions. Keeping tab on international price movements, competitors' activities and
industry trends. Interacting with sales team of channel
partners to sustain and expand volumes. Assisting in regular review of channel
partner performance.
Coordinating with the production and dispatch for the timely delivery of sample requirements of new/existing products to the new/existing customers.
Follow up with respect to the product trials and customer feedback.
