Experience in Speaker Design, Amplifier Design & Sound Tuning - for Automotive
Customer input/data study - SOR , RFQ, RFI, DVP, Standards, Initial 3D data etc.
Capable of building COMSOL FEM simulation for the frequency response, SPL & Impedance for the Speaker.
Experience in Cone & Surround architect, reinforcement & Resonance frequency.
Experience in use of software's like Fine cone for the Cone, Dust cap & Dual cone Design.
Design and modeling of Magnets facilitated by high-quality saturation curves through COMSOL or any other Simulation software's.
Magnet system & Voice coil design through Simulation in Fine Motor.
Experience in Spider architect, reinforcement, Design of groves, use of no. of groves & flexibility .
All T/S parameters sound knowledge for improving overall response of speaker, including BL(x) and Xmax with complete winding data through Simulation in Fine Motor.
Experience in deciding bobbin material & winding material for the voice coil.
Good Knowledge of material science of all Speaker child parts - Cone(PP, Pulp + etc. +etc.),Cone edge(etc.) Spider( Nomex + etc.), Bobbin(Kapton, Aluminum etc.), Braided wire, Glue.
Should have vast knowledge of DVP for Automotive Speakers.
Design validation Process simulation for optimum results.
Experience in latest 3D & 2D design software like Ansys, CATIA etc.

Amplifier design
Can Develop amplifier topology (Class D/Class AB, multi-channel, DSP-integrated)
Ensure designs meet performance targets (power output, THD+N, SNR, efficiency).
Ensure seamless integration of amplifiers with OEM head units, speakers, and wiring harnesses.
Validate compatibility with communication interfaces (A2B, MOST, CAN, I²C, etc.).
Optimize thermal design for vehicle conditions (heat dissipation, derating).
Support sound tuning engineers with accurate amplifier response.
To conduct bench and vehicle-level validation for performance consistency.
To Optimize design for cost, manufacturability, and mass production.
To Collaborate with suppliers for component selection and BOM optimization

Sound Tuning Expert
Can implement and optimize audio algorithms (EQ, crossover, loudness, compression, ANC, etc.).
Ensure alignment of tuning parameters with OEM acoustic targets.
To Conduct vehicle-level acoustic tuning (EQ balancing, staging, bass management, clarity).
To Validate tuning results through listening tests and objective acoustic measurements (frequency response, THD, SPL).
Collaborate with hardware/software teams to integrate DSP and amplifier settings.
To Ensure seamless tuning across all vehicle variants and trims.
Should Maintain and implement OEM brand’s sound profile.
Gather and analyze feedback from OEM teams and end-users.
Benchmark against competitor systems and recommend improvements.
Maintain detailed tuning documentation (filter settings, test logs, tuning rationale).
Capable to Work with design, validation, and software teams to resolve issues.
Able to Participate in joint reviews with OEM (e.g., TML, M&M, etc.) for approvals.
Research new tuning tools, algorithms, and acoustic trends.”
