Job Description

Manage daily wheat buying and delivery schedules to maintain
optimum stock levels at the plant.
Manage inventory stocking including warehouse hiring
temporary manpower hiring/training, inward operations,
preservation and liquidation.
Suppliers servicing. Interacting with various sections of the
supply chain including farmers, suppliers, brokers etc.
Supply chain penetration and extension.
Gathering market information through various surveys and field
visits to develop understanding of wheat markets across geographies
Analyse MIS data related to internal operations and macro
wheat market data points including Govt policies.
Quality control through developmental activities in the field and
framing commercial deduction schedules.
To acquire understanding on existing wheat cultivars / forthcoming
developments being undertaken by research Institutes.
Study and understand existing wheat variety segmentation within /
between regions, collect all relevant data points with respect to
availability pattern, rates and usage different varieties of wheat.
