• To execute agreed sales (volumes/ netback) & marketing (brand building) plan in assigned area.
• Provide inputs for development of sales plan including customer feedback, market & agricultural information and competitor developments.
• Implementation of Sales Plan in assigned area: Achieve sales targets as per plan; Monitor stock availability and provide forecast accuracy
• Deliver Financial Measures as per plan: Netback to Port, Cost control through primary freight; Working Credit Limit
• Adherence; Reduce collection time and charges; subsidy, mFMS and Govt. liaising
• Logistics and Supply Chain: Coordinate rake planning and execution for the assigned area
• Customer Focus: Strengthen distribution network across the assigned area. Focus on customer segmentation;
