• Making Long term and Short-Term Goals for business development of Company in your region
• Coordinating between Company and Field Staff
• Making Business plans and strategies for growth of products in sales.
• Review and Analysis of implementation of business plans and strategies and come up with comprehensive plans to make them better
• Reviewing monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales of zone.
• Keep in regular contact with team members and maintain healthy communication & relationship
• Keeping up to date about company products, services, schemes & complaints
• Monitoring activities, services of competitors’ products and new products in the market.
• Keeping balance between corporate life and field life
