• Task is to monitor and update of micro installation schedule activities w.r.t agreed Installation Schedule on daily basis and update Installation Schedule on weekly basis.
• Report the criticalities well in advance to Construction Manager and Site Manager.
• Compilation of material shortages w.r.t erection (completeness of the job) with installation-supervisors (all systems) and inform & follow-up the shortages with PM/ SE / Site Co-ordinator.
• Prepare & report the Daily / Weekly / Monthly Progress Reports on agreed formats and communicate to Project Team (if required – Management) on regular basis.
• Monitor all internal and external milestones and will report to the concerned as soon as the milestone is achieved.
• Ensure that all the protocols related to milestones submitted to the Site Manager.
• Ensure monthly site progress related to milestones and billing break-up is prepared, verified (from concerned supervisor) and submitted to the PM/CPM/SE for the purpose of raising motnthly invoices.
• Monitor and strong follow-up all civil interfaces schedules for entire project along with Site Manager.
• Keep track and strong follow-up of material delivery to site as per agreed erection schedule with Project Manager.
• Prepare and maintain the manpower load-chart of AH, Suppliers and Expats supervision as per the erection plan and will inform two months advance notification for requirement of concerned manpower to Site Manager / Project Manager.
• Oversee tool list for Site Assemblies and Contractor as per the site planning and two-month advance intimation to be given to the concerned.
• Ensure distribution of technical documents to Client or Contractor in advance
• Shall interface with other contractors & client (beyond AHPL’s scope of work).
• Control of documentation for availability of all erection and technical documents (WPS, PQR, Procedures and Protocols etc.) prior to start of erection.
• Hydro power plant installation sequences • Interfaces between various packages in a hydro power plant • Service bay occupancy planning and micro scheduling of site activities • In effective coordination between various parties involved, like civil, hydro mechanical, consultants, customer, contractors etc. • Claim management
