Job Description

? Voice of the customer, and take responsibility for customer requirements, escalations, problem resolution, etc.
? Research and design work for new and existing customers. Design and development of Antennas for in vehicle Radio communications, GPS, GSM, Navigation etc., for automotive applications (either in-house or with the help of Partner(s)).
? Troubleshooting of network environments in vehicle including installation of Antenna, location specification, data cabling, etc.,
? Serve as primary POC for all OEM issues related to the product by fulfilling internal processes.
? Conduct diagnostics to investigate and diagnose hardware and software problems in collaboration with other engineers.
? Work with engineering to redesign or replace defective components, and provide technical assistance to both in-house R&D and customer.
? Research on emerging trends and technologies on Antenna’s and propose the same to customer.
? Responsible for understanding and complying with all policies, procedures, and regulations relating to job duties.
? Perform other duties as assigned.
