• Responsible or contributing to the process of deploying and integrating an HRMS system within an organization.
• Providing training and support to staff and other employees on how to use the new system.
• Participating in testing the system to ensure it meets HR requirements and identifying any issues or bugs.
• Communicating changes to employees, managing resistance to change, and ensuring a smooth transition to the new system.
• Addressing employee relations issues, resolving conflicts, and providing guidance on HR policies.
• Implementing performance management systems, conducting performance reviews, and providing feedback.
• Administering employee benefits programs, ensuring accurate and timely enrollment, and communicating changes.
• Ensuring compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
• Well-versed in statutory compliances (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.)
• Ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal policies
