Job Description

? Electrical Installations comprising of HT (High tension),LT (Low Tension) panels, Transformers, DG sets, AMF (Automatic Mains Failure) panels, Distribution panels, DBs(Distribution Boards), Office lighting and other equipment etc
? Maintenance of Air-conditioning systems comprising of Air cooled Chillers, AHUs (Air Handling Units), FCUs (Fan Coil Unit), Cassette Units, Split ACs etc.
? Water supply system and Hot water generator, Drainage & Sewage systems including maintenance of pumps, sanitary installations etc.
? General Upkeep of office equipment & services
? He should be conversant with interacting with outside vendors and getting the work done through them.
? He will also be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of all MEP (Mechanical, Electrical Plumbing) installations
