Job Description

Create and manage purchase requisitions for various projects in SAP (S/4 HANA).
• Knowledge of MS project / Network in SAP (S/4 HANA) is a must for project monitoring.
• Ensure project items are dispatched on time as per project requirements and company sales targets.
• Collaborate with Design Engineering (DE), Materials Management (MM), Project Management (PM), Quality Assurance (QA), and Production teams for timely project execution.
• Complete arrangements for tooling, including both standard and project-specific requirements.
• Manage tooling kick-offs efficiently for the projects.
• Issue production orders to stores and concerned shops in line with project requirements in SAP (S/4
HANA).
• Ensure zero shortages during dispatch.
• Coordinate shop/site activities for seamless operations.
• Calculate manufacturing hours to assist in determining project manufacturing costs SAP (S/4 HANA) / MS Excel.
