Job Description

• Develop and maintain detailed Level 1 to Level 4 project schedules for gas compression
units using Primavera P6 or equivalent software.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams to
gather project inputs and update schedules accordingly.
• Monitor project progress and performance; prepare and update progress reports, look-
aheads, S-curves, and critical path analysis.
• Analyze deviations from baseline schedules and recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors for schedule inputs and integration.
• Support project risk analysis through schedule risk assessments.
• Ensure alignment between planning activities and project execution strategy.
• Prepare planning presentations and reports for internal and client reviews.
• Participate in project review meetings and interface with clients and consultants.
• Ensure compliance with project planning procedures and client contractual requirements.
