Job Description

The Product & Marketing and Marketing Manager responsibilities include:
• Supporting internal and external stakeholders with pre-and post-sales product sessions
• Preparing product presentations and conducting briefings and trainings in schools
• Supporting internal and external events across the country
• Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market
research supported by on-going visits to schools.
• Performing competition analyses at regular intervals; delivering market intelligence on
products, price, and service
• Consolidating and sharing product feedback (title wise) from the market
• Generating leads for sales team in schools
• Building a strong RP network in the region
• Creating and managing database with segmentation – Principals, Teachers, Students and
Parents
• Ensuring cost-effective marketing (workshop/events) spends for the region.
• Liaising with sales, editorial and digital teams to help develop product features and plan
releases.

One should be customer centric, handle multiple stakeholder management and digital literacy. • Open to travelling - weeks in a month.
