Job Description

· Oversee the end to end delivery of Cambridge English Exams
· Effective team management and team retention
· Maintain an excellent rapport with HVOs, PLIs and other exams customers, hereby ensuring business volume retention for the next year.
· Ensure that the Exams billing happens as per the standards to all business clients.
· Responsible for Budgeting and optimizing cost of operations
