Job Description

1. Marketing Strategy & Campaigns:
o Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to promote the organization's products and services to educational institutions, teachers, students, and parents.
o Work closely with the sales and editorial teams to align marketing initiatives with product launches, seasonal promotions, and key publishing events.
o Manage print marketing strategies to reach and engage target audiences.
o Conduct market research to identify trends, audience preferences, and competitive insights to shape campaign strategies.
o Maintain and analyse pan-India marketing budgets and send timely reports on spends, etc.
2. Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
o Oversee the CRM system to ensure effective management of customer data, segmentation, and targeted communications.
o Design and implement personalized campaigns based on customer profiles to drive retention, loyalty, and engagement.
o Utilize CRM analytics to track customer behavior, identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling, and improve customer experience.
o Provide ongoing CRM support, including troubleshooting, training, and ensuring the CRM is optimized to meet business goals.
o Work with the vendor to carry out enhancements or any other changes on the platform.
o Liaison with internal departments such as finance, operations, sales, and marketing to ensure smooth transactions on the CRM
