Job Description
• Purpose of this job is to be responsible for Supplier Development and Supplier quality in Bangalore region for outsourced Fabricated & Machined components for Hydro turbine & generator parts.
• Skill for Manufacturing Process improvement at Supplier’s works
• Skill for Quality control & Inspection at suppliers‘ works
• Product NCR analysis and Corrective / Preventive action implementation
• Ability to manage a team of 10-12 Supplier Quality Engineers
• Good Co-ordination skills with own team, suppliers and customers

Desired Candidate Profile
• Engineering Graduate ( Mechanical) with NDT Level II in UT, MT & PT and having min 10~12 yrs experience • Hands on experience in product manufacturing processes(Mainly Fabrication & Machining) and Quality control in the Hydro power, Thermal Power, Oil & Gas sector • Experience in Fabrication, Machining & NDT processes • Familiar with relevant national & International Code & Standards ( ASME, EN & IS) • Quality Documentation & Databook / Dossier
