Job Description

• Responsible for new RFQ/RFI study and preparing tech proposals for customer submission.
• Understanding of HW, SW and Mech. structure of cockpit products like IVI, Display, HUD, HVAC, Silver box.
• System Architecture finalization with customer with support of design team
• Knowledge of 3D CAD packaging
• Responsible for deliverables as per the Milestones
• 2D drawing checking and specs finalization as per product requirement.
• Knowledge of APQP Documentation.
• Understanding of product DVP requirement and getting it implemented with validation team.
? Aware of automotive test standards of reliability, Electrical and EMCEMI testing.
? Aware of cockpit product regulation like AIS004 part 3, ECE-R10, CE, ECE-R21, BIS etc.
? DVP reports verification as per customer DVP requirement.
• Experience of schematic understanding.
• Responsible for PPAP documentation (Control Plan, PFMEA, etc)
• Responsible for Equipment selection and line setup experience.
• Understanding of connector pinouts.
• Basic knowledge of system architecture.
• Responsible for product design review
• Knowledge of Communication protocol like I2C, SPI, UART, CAN, LAN, etc.
• Production support during development for samples making for vehicle build.
• PCB Gerber XY coordinate knowledge
• Responsible for first production part check with BOM
• Responsible for function check and specifications checking
• Knowledge of debugging of PCB during development and quality issues
• Gang image flashing process setup support
BOM preparation and review
? BOM review in PLM and coordination with Purchase team
for component sourcing alignment

? Progress review meetings and status validation
? Supporting CFT team with project progress
? Support Quality team in issue rectification in factory or field.
