Job Description

This individual will be responsible for co-designing and implementing the analyze to action framework along with the Global Governance Lead
? Responsible for socializing the framework with stakeholders, solution's and scaling up.
? This role will work in close collaboration with the Global Governance Lead, Global Process Owners, Global Transformation Lead and Service Management Leads along with
members of Global IT and Business Intelligence teams to ensure all aspects of business, process and technology are integrated in the analytics framework.
? This individual will design and deliver various kinds of reports, dashboards and analysis to enable service performance monitoring, operational control, delivery assurance,
stakeholder engagement and business analytics and insights particularly focused on SG & A reporting and control
? This individual will be responsible for enabling full and seamless visibility and communication of outcomes to BBS leadership as well as stakeholders like Global Functions
teams and Global Executives by way of web and mobile apps.
? As part of implementing the framework, this role will be required to understand all aspects of Operations, especially Service Delivery – service performance
management, delivery assurance, knowledge management, communication, center management, stakeholder engagement, people and cost management
? This role will be instrumental in establishing a strong and sustainable foundation (people, process, technology, governance) to deliver business analytics to Business teams and build this as a strong capability

Desired Candidate Profile

• Strong Background in Business Intelligence and Data Analytics using Tableau and similar technologies
o Detailed knowledge and experience in BI, Reporting, Analysis, Data Visualization, Visual Storytelling
o Tableau Presentation Layer expertise is required; Tableau Data Extraction layer experience will be an added plus
o Knowledge of other technologies to power a global reporting and analytics center is preferred
o Expert level of MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
• Extensive understanding of Business Processes, Performance Metrics, and Governance
o Ability to act as a business analyst to translate business requirement into technical solution
o Experience of delivering service performance reporting and analytics across various business processes
o Ability to evaluate and apply insights on performance data to provide opportunities for improvement
• Significant experience driving large projects to successful completion, and ability to work in a global environment
o Project management experience, or multi-functional team experience
o Ability to drive discussion and establish clarity on requirements and deliverables
o Quick to identify and communicate risks and develop mitigation plans
• Strong communications and presentation skills
o Ability to make complex and detailed information clear and actionable
o Effective articulation of varied information in a relatable manner to audiences including senior leadership
o Strong collaboration skills and integrity to hold self and others accountable to deliver against commitme
