Drive customer engagement with key accounts headquartered in the respective location through alignment of business plans, joint business planning leading to in- store execution excellence.
Drive market development and enhance market share, share of shelf in the modern trade channel.
Drive sustainable account growth with the right 5P execution (Assortment/Placement/Planograms/ Branding/Promotions & Pricing) Drive execution of store initiatives through alignment of the sales operation and manpower
Terms of trade negotiation, business development agreement and co-ordination with regional chain accounts
Execution of all national and regional agreements, including development through the regional category of national chains.
